01Est. 2–3 weeks
Sample Development
We start by developing a physical sample based on your design brief. This gives you a tangible reference to review fit, fabric, construction, and finish before any bulk commitment is made.

02Est. 1–2 weeks
Pattern Making
Once the sample is approved, we create precise, production-ready patterns. These ensure consistency across every unit in your order, whether you're producing 50 or 5,000 pieces.

Sourcing
We source all required materials — fabrics, trims, labels, packaging — from our trusted supplier network. Every material is selected to meet your quality standards and budget.

04Est. 4–8 weeks
Manufacturing
With samples approved and materials secured, we move into full production. We oversee quality control, timelines, and factory communication through to final delivery.

05WEEK 9–10
QC & ship
We conduct AQL 2.5 quality inspections and pack to your specifications. Optional third-party inspections by independent professionals are available for complete confidence in materials and craftsmanship. Your finished products are then shipped via trusted logistics partners directly to your warehouse or 3PL, ready for market.
