01WEEK 1
Brief & quote
Share your tech pack or mockup for review. We'll evaluate the best production approach for your budget, establish your minimum order quantities, confirm pricing, and provide a transparent quote within a few business days.

02WEEK 2–3
Pattern & proto
We create your first prototype and review it against your reference. If you don't have a tech pack, we can recommend professional designers who specialize in creating them ensuring factories understand every detail regardless of language or location. We'll share photos and notes for your review.

03WEEK 4
Fit & PP sample
Your sample and PP sample are produced, with all trims, BOM, and tech pack locked. This typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity, giving you the chance to review quality, fit, and construction details before committing to bulk production.

04WEEK 5–8
Production
We cut, sew, and finish your order on calibrated production lines with meticulous precision and care. You'll receive weekly inline QC and updates throughout production, typically 4–8 weeks depending on product type and quantity.

05WEEK 9–10
QC & ship
We conduct AQL 2.5 quality inspections and pack to your specifications. Optional third-party inspections by independent professionals are available for complete confidence in materials and craftsmanship. Your finished products are then shipped via trusted logistics partners directly to your warehouse or 3PL, ready for market.
