Stage: Government seeking workwear ( jackets ) that are Fair Trade

Esch-sur-Alzette approached E.M Customs with a clear goal but no production network, technical files, or manufacturing experience.

The Challenge

The person in charge needed to:

• Jackets usable in winter and summer must important ( eco-friendly ).

• Source high-quality heavyweight fabrics matching the existing jackets.

• Produce a production that don't exceed there budget.

• Launch within 90 days to align with budget plans

The biggest risk was wasting budget on incorrect sampling or unreliable factories.

• Refined fits to achieve a the perfect fit.

• Selected color fabric as requested.

2. Fabric Sourcing

• Sourced 330gsm brushed cotton fleece for Jacket with hood

• Selected 330gsm brushed cotton fleece for fleece Jacket without hood

• Ensured softness, durability, and eco-friendly materials

3. Sampling & Refinement

• Produced 2 samples

• Adjusted measurements, embroidery placement

• Achieved final approval within 4 weeks

4. Production Management

• Manufactured in a certified partner facility

• Produced 150 Jacket with hood, 50 Jacket without hood

• Performed quality control before shipping

5. Logistics Support

• Coordinated international shipping to Luxembourg

• Delivered full production in +/- 82 days total
